Education
Professor Nutbrown is an Assistant Professor and Chair of the Political Science Department and is cross- appointed with Philosophy. He received the Ph.D. (with highest distinction) from Carleton in 1985. His dissertation was on Hegel and the Limits of Interpretation in Political Theory.

Publications
Dr. Nutbrown has published in Eidos, the Canadian Journal of Political Science; has several chapters in books, and recently completed History, Language and Time.
